Our experienced pastry chef, Marina, has been creating biscuit cakes and desserts for many years. In 2018, Marina discovered her passion for mousse cakes and pastries, and began training with renowned confectioners such as Karim Bourgi and Gregory Doyen to master the intricacies of haute cuisine and create her unique recipes, which we now offer to you.

 

Marina adheres to strict principles to ensure the perfect result. She uses original recipes that cater to everyone's tastes and selects only the finest ingredients, such as Belgian and French chocolate from Callebaut, Cacao Barry, and Valrhona. Marina has also perfected the art of preparing each layer of mousse dessert, biscuit, filling, and more, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors and textures.
